The foundation of anti-aging begins with what we put into our bodies. Opt for a nutrient-rich diet abundant in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. These foods provide essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients that support cellular health, collagen production, and skin elasticity. Remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and herbal teas to maintain skin hydration and detoxify the body.
Regular physical activity is key to maintaining vitality and mobility as we age. Incorporate a variety of exercises into your routine, including cardiovascular workouts, strength training, flexibility exercises, and mind-body practices like yoga or tai chi. Not only does exercise improve circulation, muscle tone, and bone density, but it also enhances mood, cognitive function, and overall quality of life.
Chronic stress accelerates the aging process by triggering inflammation, oxidative stress, and hormonal imbalances. Practice stress-reducing techniques (see our tips for managing stress) such as deep breathing, meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation exercises to promote emotional equilibrium and resilience. Cultivate a supportive social network, engage in hobbies you enjoy, and create boundaries to protect your mental and emotional wellbeing
Environmental factors such as pollution, UV radiation, and toxins in skincare products can contribute to premature aging and skin damage. Minimise exposure to harmful pollutants by using natural, eco-friendly household cleaners and skincare products. Incorporate sun protection into your daily skincare routine with broad-spectrum sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and protective clothing to shield against harmful UV rays.
Self-care practices are essential for nurturing holistic wellbeing and promoting anti-aging from the inside out. Prioritise adequate sleep (see our sleep tips), aiming for seven to nine hours of restorative sleep each night to support cellular repair and regeneration. Indulge in regular pampering rituals such as facial massages, aromatherapy baths, dry brushing, and body scrubs to promote circulation, exfoliation, and skin rejuvenation.
A fulfilling life brimming with joy, passion, and purpose is inherently anti-aging. Nurture your relationships, pursue meaningful activities, and cultivate a positive mindset to foster emotional resilience and vitality. Find joy in simple pleasures, practice gratitude daily, and embrace the wisdom and grace that come with age as you enjoy the journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
By nourishing ourselves from within, prioritising self-care, and focusing on joy and purpose, we can age with vitality, radiance, and an enduring zest for life. If you choose procedures and products for anti-aging then including these methods as well can only help to enhance your overall feeling of wellbeing and quality of life.
]]>Boundaries serve as the invisible fences that delineate where we end and others begin. They reflect our values, needs, and limits, guiding how we engage with others while respecting our autonomy and preserving our sense of self. Healthy boundaries encompass various aspects, including emotional, physical, and interpersonal boundaries.
Emotional Boundaries
These define the emotional space we maintain between ourselves and others, governing how much we share, empathise, and invest emotionally in relationships. Emotional boundaries help us differentiate between our feelings and those of others, cultivating emotional autonomy and preventing emotional enmeshment.
Physical Boundaries
Physical boundaries refer to our physical comfort zones and personal space, dictating our preferences for touch, proximity, and physical interactions with others. They encompass both literal physical boundaries, such as personal space, and symbolic boundaries, such as respecting one's physical autonomy and bodily integrity.
Interpersonal Boundaries
Interpersonal boundaries pertain to the standards we set for mutual respect, communication, and behaviour within relationships, ensuring that our needs and rights are honoured. These boundaries define acceptable and unacceptable behaviour, guiding how we interact with others and how we expect to be treated in return.
Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries in relationships is closely intertwined with our overall health and wellbeing in several ways:
Stress Reduction
Unhealthy relationships marked by boundary violations, manipulation, or emotional toxicity can induce significant stress and anxiety. By establishing clear boundaries, we minimise exposure to harmful dynamics, creating a sense of safety and reducing stress levels. When we assert our boundaries, we take control of our emotional wellbeing and protect ourselves from undue stressors.
Enhanced Self-esteem
Healthy boundaries reinforce a positive self-image and self-worth. When we assert our needs and enforce boundaries, we communicate to ourselves and others that our feelings and wellbeing matter, bolstering self-esteem and confidence. By setting boundaries, we affirm our worthiness of respect and consideration, fostering a greater sense of self-worth and empowerment.
Improved Mental Health
Boundaries play a pivotal role in safeguarding our mental health by preventing emotional depletion, burnout, and resentment. They enable us to prioritise self-care, maintain emotional balance, and cultivate resilience in the face of interpersonal challenges. Healthy boundaries promote emotional autonomy and self-care, reducing the risk of emotional exhaustion and preserving our mental wellbeing.
Strengthened Relationships
Contrary to common misconceptions, boundaries are not barriers to connection but facilitators of healthy relationships. Clear boundaries promote mutual respect, trust, and understanding, fostering deeper and more authentic connections with others. By establishing boundaries, we create a framework for healthy interaction, enhancing communication, and fostering mutual trust and respect within relationships.
Self-awareness
Reflect on your values, needs, and limits to identify areas where you require clearer boundaries. Consider past experiences and current relationships to pinpoint areas where your boundaries may need reinforcement.
Communication
Articulate your boundaries assertively and respectfully, using "I" statements to express your feelings and needs. Be clear, specific, and direct when communicating your boundaries, and avoid apologising or justifying them.
Consistency
Consistently reinforce your boundaries through actions and words, maintaining firm yet flexible boundaries as needed. Be prepared to assert your boundaries consistently, even in the face of resistance or pushback from others.
Self-care
Prioritise self-care practices that nurture your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, reinforcing your commitment to honouring your boundaries. Engage in activities that replenish your energy, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing, such as exercise, meditation, or spending time with loved ones.
In the complex tapestry of relationships, setting healthy boundaries emerges as an act of self-love and self-preservation. By establishing clear boundaries, we cultivate relationships grounded in mutual respect, understanding, and authenticity, fostering greater harmony and wellbeing in our lives. Remember, boundaries are not walls; they are bridges that allow healthier connections and empower us to navigate human interaction with grace and integrity. Embrace the power of boundaries, and embark on a journey towards healthier, happier relationships and a more fulfilling life.

Notes:
The Benefits of Avocados
Rich in Healthy Fats: Avocados are high in monounsaturated fats, particularly oleic acid, which is linked to heart health. These healthy fats can help lower bad cholesterol levels (LDL) while increasing good cholesterol levels (HDL), thus reducing the risk of heart disease.
High in Nutrients: Avocados are packed with essential vitamins and minerals. They are an excellent source of potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure, and they also contain vitamins C, E, K, and B-vitamins, as well as folate, magnesium, and manganese.
Loaded with Fibre: Fibre is essential for digestive health and can help promote regular bowel movements, prevent constipation, and support a healthy gut microbiome. Avocados are an excellent source of both soluble and insoluble fibre, which can aid in weight management and reduce the risk of certain diseases like diabetes.
May Aid Weight Loss: Despite being calorie-dense, avocados can be beneficial for weight management. The combination of healthy fats, fibre, and water content in avocados can help increase feelings of fullness and satiety, leading to reduced calorie intake throughout the day.
Support Eye Health: Avocados contain antioxidants such as lutein and zeaxanthin, which are important for eye health. These compounds help protect the eyes from age-related macular degeneration and cataracts, reducing the risk of vision loss and maintaining overall eye health.
Anti-inflammatory Properties: Avocados contain various phytochemicals and antioxidants, including vitamin E and carotenoids, which have anti-inflammatory properties. Consuming avocados regularly may help reduce inflammation in the body, which is associated with chronic diseases such as arthritis, heart disease, and cancer.
Promote Skin Health: The healthy fats and antioxidants in avocados can nourish the skin from within, promoting elasticity, hydration, and a youthful appearance. Additionally, applying avocado oil topically may help soothe dry skin, reduce inflammation, and promote wound healing.
May Support Brain Health: Avocados are rich in nutrients that are important for brain health, including vitamin E, folate, and omega-3 fatty acids. These nutrients can help support cognitive function, memory, and mood, while also reducing the risk of age-related cognitive decline.
The Benefits of Cacao
Incorporating cacao into your diet, whether in the form of dark chocolate, raw cacao powder, or cacao nibs, can provide a range of health benefits:
Rich in Antioxidants: Cacao is one of the richest sources of antioxidants, particularly flavonoids and polyphenols. These compounds help protect cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals, reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders.
Heart Health: The antioxidants found in cacao, especially flavonoids like epicatechin, have been shown to improve heart health by increasing blood flow, lowering blood pressure, reducing inflammation, and improving cholesterol levels. Regular consumption of cacao may decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
Mood Enhancement: Cacao contains several compounds that can positively affect mood and mental well-being. It stimulates the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin and endorphins, which are known as "feel-good" hormones. Additionally, cacao contains phenylethylamine (PEA), a compound associated with feelings of euphoria and pleasure.
Brain Function: The flavonoids and other compounds in cacao may also support brain health and cognitive function. Research suggests that cacao consumption may improve memory, focus, and overall cognitive performance. Additionally, the antioxidants in cacao help protect brain cells from oxidative stress and reduce the risk of age-related cognitive decline.
Improved Digestion: Cacao is rich in dietary fibre, which supports healthy digestion and promotes regular bowel movements. Fibre helps to prevent constipation, and supports a healthy gut microbiome by feeding beneficial bacteria in the intestines.
Energy Boost: Cacao contains natural stimulants such as caffeine and theobromine, which can provide a temporary energy boost. These compounds stimulate the central nervous system, increase alertness, and improve concentration. However, unlike caffeine from coffee, the effects of cacao are often milder and less likely to cause jitteriness or anxiety.
Mineral Content: Cacao is a good source of essential minerals such as magnesium, iron, potassium, and zinc. Magnesium is particularly important for muscle and nerve function, energy production, and bone health. Weighted Blankets
Weighted blankets have gained immense popularity for their ability to provide a sense of security and comfort. These blankets are filled with glass beads or plastic pellets (we would recommend the glass ones to avoid the overuse of plastic) to add weight, which can have a calming effect on the nervous system. Many users find that the gentle pressure helps reduce anxiety and promotes deeper, more restful sleep.
White Noise Machines
Create a tranquil sleep environment with the help of white noise machines. These devices emit a consistent, soothing sound that drowns out disturbances and promotes a peaceful atmosphere. Whether it's the sound of ocean waves, rainfall, or a simple fan-like noise, white noise machines can significantly improve sleep quality by masking disruptive sounds.
Smart Sleep Trackers
Investing in a smart sleep tracker can offer valuable insights into your sleep patterns. These devices often come in the form of wearable gadgets or mattress pads that monitor your sleep cycles, heart rate, and even provide personalised recommendations for improving your sleep habits. With this data, you can make informed adjustments to optimise your sleep routine.
Aromatherapy Diffusers
Harness the power of scent to create a serene sleep environment. Aromatherapy diffusers disperse essential oils into the air, filling your bedroom with calming fragrances such as lavender and chamomile. These scents have been linked to relaxation and can help ease the mind, making it easier to drift off into a peaceful slumber. Do ensure to only use pure essential oil and check the instructions on your diffuser before using them.
Blue Light Blocking Glasses
In this digital age, exposure to artificial light, especially blue light emitted by screens, can interfere with the body's natural sleep-wake cycle. Blue light blocking glasses help mitigate this issue by filtering out harmful wavelengths, promoting the production of melatonin, the sleep-inducing hormone. Wear these glasses in the evening to reduce eye strain and improve sleep quality. If you don’t want to splash out on these you can check to see if your smart phone and computer have a display option that does this for you.
Adjustable Pillows
Finding the perfect pillow can make a world of difference in achieving a comfortable sleeping position. Consider investing in adjustable pillows that allow you to customise the height and firmness to suit your preferences. Proper neck and spine alignment can prevent discomfort and ensure a more restorative sleep.
Blackout Curtains
Create a sleep-friendly environment by blocking out external light with blackout curtains. These curtains prevent streetlights and early morning sunlight from intruding into your bedroom, signalling to your body that it's time to rest. A darkened room can promote deeper sleep and enhance overall sleep quality.
Prioritising quality sleep is an investment in your health and wellbeing. By incorporating these products into your sleep routine, you can create a more conducive environment for restful nights. Experiment with different combinations to discover what works best for you, and embrace the night as an opportunity for rejuvenation and relaxation.

A cluttered living space can lead to a cluttered mind. When your environment is disorganised, it can be challenging to focus and maintain a sense of calm. Decluttering and organising your living space is an essential habit for promoting emotional well-being and a sense of control over your surroundings. Take time to tidy up your home, sort through belongings, and create a clean and organised living environment. This practice can help reduce stress, enhance productivity, and create a sense of peace in your daily life. A clutter-free space fosters mental clarity and allows you to focus on what truly matters.

These activities maintain mental agility, provide a sense of purpose, and enhance overall well-being. A commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth is a powerful habit that can positively impact your mental well-being and overall quality of life. Continuously seeking new knowledge, skills, and experiences keeps your mind active and engaged. This habit can lead to personal fulfillment and a sense of purpose, both of which are vital for emotional well-being. Whether it's reading books, attending courses, or exploring new hobbies, engaging in activities that challenge you and expand your horizons can lead to personal growth and a richer, more fulfilling life. Learning and personal growth contribute to your overall well-being by keeping your mind sharp, fostering creativity, and providing a sense of accomplishment.
Connect with Nature: Make time in your day to connect with the outdoors and the animal kingdom. Spend time in nature, whether it's a stroll through a nearby park or a hike in the woods. Nature offers solace and rejuvenation for the mind and spirit. The sights, sounds, and scents of the natural world can soothe the soul and reduce stress, promoting emotional well-being. Connect with animals whenever you can. If you have pets, spend quality time with them; the unconditional love and companionship they offer can significantly boost your emotional well-being. If you don't have pets, consider volunteering at an animal shelter or simply observing wildlife in your area. The bond between humans and animals is a powerful source of joy, and fostering this connection can add a unique dimension to your overall well-being. In an era where health and wellness are highly valued, the demand for supplements, particularly vitamins, has skyrocketed. People are eager to optimise their well-being, but amidst the sea of choices, it's easy to fall into the trap of making mistakes when purchasing supplements. This article aims to shed light on some common pitfalls. By understanding these mistakes, you can make more informed decisions and reap the true benefits of using supplements.
Lack of Research and Self-Assessment
One of the biggest mistakes individuals make is purchasing supplements without adequate research and self-assessment. It's crucial to understand your specific nutritional needs before introducing any supplement into your routine. Consulting with a trusted healthcare professional or nutritionist can provide valuable insights into deficiencies or imbalances you may have. Understanding your unique requirements will help you choose the right vitamins and avoid unnecessary purchases.
Poor Quality Control and Misleading Labelling
The supplement industry is vast, and unfortunately, it is not immune to poor quality control and misleading labelling practices. Many manufacturers make claims that may not be supported by scientific evidence, leading consumers to make uninformed decisions. It's vital to look for trusted brands that adhere to rigorous quality control standards, such as third-party testing and certifications.
Overlooking Dosage Instructions
Another common mistake is disregarding or misinterpreting the dosage instructions on supplement labels. Vitamins can have different recommended dosages based on age, gender, and health conditions. Taking excessively high or low doses may be ineffective or potentially harmful. Always read and follow the recommended dosage instructions carefully, and if in doubt, seek guidance from a healthcare professional.
Ignoring Interactions and Contradictions
Vitamins can interact with medications, other supplements, or certain medical conditions, which can have unintended consequences. For instance, taking high-dose vitamin E while on blood-thinning medications may increase the risk of bleeding. It's crucial to discuss potential interactions with your healthcare provider, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medications.
Believing Supplements Are a Magic Cure-All
While supplements can play a role in supporting overall health, they are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Relying solely on supplements and neglecting essential aspects like exercise, sleep, and a nutrient-rich diet can lead to disappointment. It's essential to understand that supplements should complement a healthy lifestyle, rather than be seen as a magic cure-all solution.
Falling for Price Over Quality
In the pursuit of cost-saving measures, many consumers make the mistake of prioritising price over quality when purchasing supplements. Opting for cheap, low-quality supplements may contain inferior ingredients, inadequate dosages, or impurities. Investing in high-quality supplements may be more expensive, but it ensures you are getting what you pay for and helps maintain your health in the long run.
In summary, purchasing supplements, including vitamins, can be a daunting task with potential pitfalls. By avoiding common mistakes such as lack of research, poor quality control, disregarding dosage instructions, ignoring interactions, believing in miracle cures, and falling for low-quality options, you can navigate the supplement market more effectively. Remember, your health is a priority, and making informed decisions about supplements is crucial to achieving optimal well-being.

Water is essential for our survival, and it is important that we drink enough of it every day to stay healthy. However, not all water ends up equal, and it is important to source the best quality water possible. Thankfully, most of us reading this are blessed enough to be able to actually have the luxury of this choice. In this post, we will explore the different sources of water and the various types of water filters that are available to help you choose the best water for your needs.
Water plays a vital role in maintaining our overall health and well-being. Our bodies are made up of approximately 60% water, and every system in our body relies on water to function properly. Let's look at how water affects the body and why it is important to drink enough water every day.
One of the primary functions of water in the body is to regulate body temperature. When we become overheated, our bodies produce sweat to cool us down. Sweat is mostly made up of water, and when it evaporates, it cools the body. If we are dehydrated, our bodies cannot produce enough sweat to cool us down, which can lead to heat exhaustion or heatstroke.
Water also plays an important role in lubricating our joints. Cartilage, which is the connective tissue that cushions our joints, is made up of approximately 80% water. When we are dehydrated, our joints can become stiff and less flexible, which can lead to pain and discomfort.
Water is also essential for proper digestion. It helps to break down food and move it through the digestive system. Without enough water, we can experience constipation and other digestive issues. Additionally, water helps to dissolve nutrients and minerals from the food we eat, making them more accessible to our bodies.
Water is also important for flushing toxins out of the body. Our kidneys rely on water to filter waste and toxins from our blood. When we are dehydrated, our kidneys cannot function properly, which can lead to a buildup of toxins in the body. Drinking enough water helps to keep our kidneys healthy and functioning properly.
Drinking enough water can also help to boost our energy levels. When we are dehydrated, our blood becomes thicker, which makes it more difficult for our heart to pump blood throughout the body. This can lead to feelings of fatigue and sluggishness. Drinking enough water helps to keep our blood flowing smoothly, which can help to boost our energy levels.
Water is also important for maintaining healthy skin. Our skin is the largest organ in our body, and it relies on water to stay hydrated and supple. When we are dehydrated, our skin can become dry and flaky, which can lead to premature aging and wrinkles. Drinking enough water helps to keep our skin healthy and glowing.
There are many sources of drinking water, including tap water, bottled water, and natural spring water plus many ways to filter or purify water. Each of these sources and methods has its own advantages and disadvantages, and it is important to understand the differences between them.
Tap water is the most common source of drinking water in many countries. It is often treated with chemicals such as chlorine and fluoride to kill bacteria and make it safer for consumption. However, some studies have suggested that chlorine may react with organic matter in water to form disinfection byproducts (DBPs) that are carcinogenic, while fluoride has been associated with neurotoxic effects on developing brains and fluorosis which causes joint damage. Tap water can also contain other impurities such as lead, pesticides, and pharmaceuticals.
Bottled water is another popular source of drinking water. It is usually filtered and purified, but the quality can vary depending on the brand. Additionally, bottled water can be expensive and may not be the most environmentally friendly option. Toxins can also leach from the plastic bottles, especially if left in direct sunlight, adding toxins to the water. If you are drinking bottled water, buying it in a glass bottle may be the better option.
Spring water is sourced directly from natural springs and is often considered the best quality water. It is usually naturally filtered and contains minerals that are beneficial for our health. However, it can be difficult to find natural springs, and the cost can be prohibitive.
Activated carbon filters are the most common type of water filter. They work by absorbing impurities and contaminants from the water. These filters are effective at removing chlorine, pesticides, and other chemicals. However, they may not be effective at removing bacteria or viruses.
Reverse osmosis filters use a membrane to filter out impurities and contaminants from the water. These filters are effective at removing bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants. However, they can be expensive and may waste a lot of water during the filtration process.
Ceramic filters use a porous ceramic material to filter out impurities and contaminants from the water. These filters are effective at removing bacteria and other contaminants. However, they may not be effective at removing chemicals and other pollutants.
UV filters use ultraviolet light to kill bacteria and other microorganisms in the water. These filters are effective at removing bacteria and viruses. However, they too may not be totally effective at removing chemicals and pollutants.
Ozone water purification is another method of water treatment. Ozone is a powerful oxidant that can kill bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms in the water. It is also effective at removing impurities and contaminants such as pesticides and pharmaceuticals. Ozone water purification is a chemical-free method of water treatment that does not leave any residual chemicals in the water.
Water distillers are devices used to purify water by removing impurities and contaminants through distillation. Distillation is the process of heating water to its boiling point, which causes the water to evaporate and form steam. The steam is then collected and cooled back down into water, which is now free of impurities.
One of the advantages of using a water distiller is that it can remove a wide range of contaminants from the water, including minerals, bacteria, viruses, and chemicals. However, distilled water may lack some of the beneficial minerals and nutrients found in natural water sources.
Kangen water is a type of alkaline water that is produced by a water ionizer machine. The machine uses a process called electrolysis to separate the water into two streams - one with a higher pH (alkaline) and one with a lower pH (acidic). Kangen water is popular because it is believed to provide numerous health benefits, including improved hydration, better digestion, and detoxification. It is also said that the alkaline pH of the water can help to balance the body's pH levels and reduce inflammation.
It is important to ensure that any machine you use is safe an not producing water that is contaminated with heavy metals or other harmful substances.
Some of the above methods can cause the water to become unstructured when we remove minerals and other naturally occurring substances. This is because these substances can play a role in the structure and properties of water molecules, and removing them can alter the structure of the water.
For example, reverse osmosis and distillation are water filtration methods that remove minerals and other substances from water by forcing it through a semi-permeable membrane or through heating and cooling. While these methods can effectively remove impurities from water, they can also leave the water stripped of minerals and other substances that play a role in its structure. Therefore, water that has been treated with these methods may benefit from restructuring to restore its natural structure and make it more biologically active.
Some experts argue that the human body is capable of restructuring water on its own through natural biological processes, and that there may be little benefit to actively attempting to restructure water through external methods but maybe the less the body has to do the better!
Water restructuring is a process of altering the physical structure of water molecules to create a more biologically active and easily absorbed form of water. This can be done through various methods, such as vortexing, magnetic fields, or exposure to certain frequencies of light or sound.
One common method of water restructuring is through the use of vortexing, a method used in biodynamic farming. This involves swirling water in a container or using a vortex generator to create a spiralling motion, which helps to break up clusters of water molecules and increase the surface area of the water. This can make it easier for the water to absorb nutrients and hydrate the body more effectively.
Another method of water restructuring is through exposure to magnetic fields. This can be done using special devices that generate a magnetic field around the water to alter the structure.
Some people also use frequency and sound therapy to restructure the water. This involves exposing the water to specific frequencies or sounds that are believed to help break up clusters of water molecules.
Many people have heard of Masaru Emoto, the Japanese author and researcher who conducted experiments on the structure of water crystals. His work involved exposing water to various stimuli, such as music, words, and images, and then freezing the water and examining the structure of the resulting ice crystals under a microscope.
Emoto demonstrated that water that had been exposed to positive stimuli, such as music with a positive message or words of affirmation, formed beautiful, structured and symmetrical ice crystals, while water exposed to negative stimuli, such as harsh music or negative words, formed less structured and less symmetrical ice crystals. Emoto also used his experiments to show that water could be "programmed" with intentions and thoughts, and that the resulting structure of the ice crystals reflected these intentions and thoughts.
Since Emoto's work, Veda Austin has also conducted experiments and her work is also fascinating. From her website: "She has dedicated the last 8 years observing and photographing the life of water. She believes that water is fluid intelligence, observing itself through every living organism on the planet and in the Universe.".
The benefits of water to our overall health and well-being cannot be overemphasised. From regulating body temperature and lubricating joints to flushing out toxins and improving skin health, water plays a vital role in keeping our bodies functioning properly. It is therefore important to ensure that we drink enough water every day, with the recommended daily intake varying based on age, weight, and activity level. Drinking at least eight glasses of water per day is a good general rule that is often recommended for adults. While there are various sources of drinking water, including tap water, bottled water, and natural spring water, using a water filter is an effective way to improve the quality of your drinking water. By choosing the right water filter for your needs and using it regularly, you can ensure that you are drinking clean and healthy water, and in turn, help to keep your body healthy and functioning at its best.

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin which helps the body to balance calcium and phosphorus. These are crucial minerals that we need for building healthy bones and teeth. They also help our muscles to function and our nervous system to relay messages within the body. Plus, it helps to dampen the inflammatory response of some types of white blood cells.
Vitamin D3 boosts proteins in our immune cells that help to fight infection, increasing our immunity and therefore helping to protect us from all sorts of bugs, including viruses.
With our High Strength Vitamin D3 you only need one DROP a day to boost your immunity and you can take up to four if you want a super-boost! When you use a high strength product it makes your life more simple! This means you are more likely to keep it up and reap the benefits of increased immunity meaning less coughs and colds and more time to do the things you love with the people you love!
Sunlight is the main source of vitamin D for most of the population, the UVB rays stimulate the production of vitamin D3, which is called cholecalciferol. This all happens in the skin! A sunscreen of around factor 8 will block as much as 95% of vitamin D3 production so if you regularly use a sunscreen to prevent premature ageing then increasing supplementation is a must!

With the recent SARS COVID-2 pandemic many people are becoming more aware of how their immune system works and looking for ways to increase immunity and protection from various viruses and other illnesses and age-related degenerative diseases. Vitamin D plays a vital role in bone health, muscle function, and maintenance of a healthy immune system and healthy teeth. Other benefits are also being widely researched and can be easily found in an online search.
Bone Health
One of the functions of vitamin D is to help regulate the amounts of calcium and phosphate within the body. These minerals have a range of essential functions, including important roles in maintaining bone strength, especially for those with conditions such as osteomalacia, osteopenia and osteoporosis. The liver and kidneys convert vitamin D to the active form which increases the absorption of calcium and phosphate and helps to deposit calcium in the bones. This helps to reduce the loss of bone mineral density (BMD).
Muscle Function
Vitamin D has been shown to provide important benefits to muscle tissue and positively impact physical performance. It helps to regulate calcium and protein synthesis in the muscles that help them to move and can help with muscle recovery after exercise.
Immune Support
The immune system is an intricate web of cells, proteins and biological processes that protect us from harmful pathogens and cell changes. Vitamin D is required for the proper functioning of immune cells such as T cells, B cells and dendritic cells which are key parts of this complex system.
Healthy Teeth
The role vitamin D plays in absorbing and regulating calcium and phosphorous contributes to tooth mineralization and therefore the strength of the teeth as these minerals help to make the tooth enamel. Vitamin D is also required for the dentin, under the enamel, in order to help it repair the teeth.
High Strength Vitamin D3 Drops
We’ve formulated a vitamin D3 product with only two ingredients to ensure that it is as pure as possible and does not contain unnecessary additives or preservatives. It contains 1,000 IU in each single drop which makes your life easier! One bottle can be used by the whole family as each bottle contains approximately 1,000 servings. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin which means that it is absorbed in the lymph and does not dissolve in water so our vitamin D3 is contained in a MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides from coconut) to further aid absorption in the body. This also gives it a mild and pleasant taste.
There are two types of vitamin D: D2 is known as pre-vitamin D and is called ergocalciferol and D3 is called cholecalciferol. D2 is produced in plants and D3 mainly in animals but we sourced our D3 from lichen (which comes from algae) to ensure that our product is suitable for vegans. We wanted to provide a D3 product rather than D2 as D3 is naturally produced in the body and therefore is more successful at increasing and maintaining blood levels of vitamin D.
The maximum recommended intake level for vitamin D3 is 4,000 IU with some doctors even suggesting more than this. We recommend taking up to 4 drops (4,000 IU) of our product a day. If you want to take more than this we advise you to consult your doctor and only do so under their supervision.
According to Harvard University vitamin K deficiency in adults is rare so we have not added it to our product and we recommend eating a healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in order to get a wide range of nutrients in line with your own personal health needs. Fibre from fruits and vegetables acts as a pre-biotic which feeds friendly bacteria and helps to maintain balance in the gut, enabling it to produce K2.
With our product you can stop worrying about how much time to spend in the sun and just enjoy it whether you’re on the beach or in the shade!

Taking time daily to quieten your mind though meditation or walking in nature can really help the connection with your intuition, plus making sure you get enough sleep and staying hydrated.
Intuition comes from our natural animal instinct, when we know something before it gets to our brain. Research from the HeatMath Institute in California show that a person's physiology will react to an image seconds before they actually see it with their eyes - they instinctively know that it is coming because they feel it with their heart! Whilst mainstream science cannot yet unravel this in the sense of the four dimensional space-time continuum it becomes easier to comprehend without the mental construct of time and space!
Your inner knowing may not always take you where you think you want to go but if you learn trust it you will discover that it knows what you actually want!

Enviamos amor y paz a TODOS.

Come los alimentos adecuados
